New News is Good News--The Comix Cafe Comedy Club in Buffalo, NY

We're proud to be hosting the second annual benefit for The Morlock Foundation, a non-profit resource and support organization for families with sick children, on Tuesday, June 5, 2007. Doors open at 6:30. Anyone ages 15 and up is welcome.

For just $20 you get a light buffet dinner, all-improvised comedy show with ComedySportz, door prizes, Chinese auction and raffle PLUS you help children with disease and disabilities.

Yuks for Bucks Benefit Dinner and Show

We're proud to be hosting the third annual benefit for the Buffalo team of the Empire State AIDS Ride, a 100 cyclist statewide fundraiser for HIV/AIDS agencies, on Wednesday, June 6, 2007. Doors open at 6:30pm.

For a $20 admission fee you get: a delicious light buffet dinner followed by a hilarious improvisational comedy show with ComedySportz, door prizes, Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle AND you help support the Buffalo team of the Empire State AIDS Ride. It's all true!

Tickets to the Yuks for Bucks Benefit can be purchased by calling benefit organizer Colden Ray at 847-0340. You may also purchase your tickets in person at The Comix Café.

All proceeds benefit the AIDS Community Services “Buffalo Wings” team for The Empire State AIDS Ride. Laughing for a cause—it feels so good!

East Coast ComedySportz Tournament

On June 8, 9 and 10, ComedySportz teams from DC, New York, Philly, Raleigh and Richmond will converge on Buffalo in a battle of laughs at this totally made up on the spot competitive comedy show.

Semi-finals will take place Friday and Saturday, and the championship will be held at the regular ComedySportz show time on Sunday at 7:30pm. Click Upcoming Acts for more information about the show and match scheduling.
